Tasting Notes It is a beautifully fruity gin, creamy in texture and in taste, with a strong strawberry nose. Alongside more typical notes of juniper, coriander and orris root, for added strawberries and creaminess we distilled as well as infused with the botanicals, which also give its deep red colour that tints to a blushing pink when mixed with tonic. We're proud there are no added sugars and no artificial flavourings or colourings in this gin. Because of this the colour may change over time. This is perfectly normal and it does not affect its deliciousness
