The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc have been specially selected to create a wine with ripe fruit flavours. Brilliant pale straw colour with limeskin hue. Zesty aromas of freshly cut grass, capsicum and green fig. Mouthwatering acidity brings out the green pineapple, Granny Smith and kiwi flavours. All these aromas and flavours confirm a well-balanced wine with complexity, though it is also refreshing and easy to drink.
