Cider leads 2025 summer drink trends with its refreshing appeal and rising demand. Find out what to stock this summer.
As temperatures rise and outdoor spaces fill up, there's one drink that consistently stands out: cider. In 2025, cider is shaping up to be a major summer drinks trend across pubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants. With cider already worth £2 billion to the UK’s hospitality sector and growing year on year, now is the time to make sure your venue is stocked and ready.
At HB Clark, we understand the evolving demands of the summer season. Here's why cider should be a key part of your drinks strategy this year:
Recent insights show that 76% of consumers view cider as good value for money, making it an easy and attractive choice for customers seeking refreshment during the warmer months. Whether it’s a classic apple cider or a fun, flavoured variety, cider appeals across a wide customer base, from loyal locals to seasonal tourists.
Apple cider remains the leader, making up 63.8% of the cider market, but flavoured ciders are increasingly popular, accounting for 35.9%, with exciting options like mango, berry, and even tequila-inspired blends.
HB Clark is proud to offer exclusive access to two exceptional cider brands that combine award-winning quality with outstanding value. And this summer, Kingstone Press is giving you an amazing opportunity to elevate your outdoor events!
