We use only selected grain of the highest quality for the production of FLIRT VODKA. To get the most best out of them, the grains are subjected to milling process. To the milled grain we add hot water and enzymes. As the enzymes are activated at a high temperature, they convert carbohydrates into simple sugars. The resulting substrate is ready to move to the stage of fermentation. It is a long and complex process in which the sugars are transformed into pure alcohol. During the fermentation, a constant temperature is maintained continuously. One of the most delicate operations then follows: the process of separating alcohol from non-volatile additives. This is carried out in powerful columns with continuous multi-stage vaporization. A top quality vodka is a well-filtered vodka. Reduced to 37.5 % ABV, it passes through a filter of silver ions so that the flavour is finessed with the depth and volume characteristics of FLIRT VODKA.

We have achieved complete, qualitative control over the entire production process. We make the perfect vodka. Every bottle, every day. We use water from our own sustainable sources with is purified with Activated charcoal filters and Reverse osmosis. There is further purification with a shungite filter for a smooth and soft taste. Once distilled, we filter FLIRT through a propriety system of silver ions. Our bespoke silver filter removes impurities while preserving the clean crisp taste for which FLIRT is renowned. You can taste purity in every drop, five times distilled so that the final vodka is balanced and clear.

FLIRT uses the finest wheat from the Thracian Valleys. Located in southern Bulgaria, the Thracian Valleys are a rich and fertile agricultural region known as the cradle of Bulgarian winemaking. We own more than 60 000 hectares of agricultural land, manage own agricultural properties and cooperate with hundreds of farmers to guarantee sustainability, quality and the best selection of crops in the region. We do! We’re keenly aware of our responsibilities to protect the environment and have a number of schemes that help do that. Up to 65% of the energy consumption in the Peshtera plant is generated by photovoltaic systems. Renewable energy projects (solar parks) are in development at all of our sites, across wine, whisky and vodka. The company takes part in a waste management program - 75% of all glass bottles (and 30% of pet bottles) in terms of weight are recycled. 30% of recycled glass in terms of weight goes into the production of new bottles. The processed grain even goes to be food for livestock!
