The Technical Service Charter
Once
you have agreed to install our draught soft drinks,
the highly trained team of experienced engineers
take over.
Within a maximum of 10 working days an engineer
will arrange a site visit with you to identify
the technical and equipment requirements of the
job.
An installation date is then agreed with you
and the equipment fitted to your requirements.
During our supply to you we will service and
maintain the equipment, guaranteeing an engineer
"will respond to any distress call within
24 hours". Often a telephone call can sort
the problem out, but if not you will receive an
immediate visit.
Once on site our engineer will check all the
equipment, not just the reported fault and advise
on how to make the most of your system.

drinks element of your business has the minimum
down time possible.
